SipSignal
Functional drinks love to list big-name ingredients — then quietly under-dose them. SipSignal reads the label of each drink and scores how much is a real clinical dose, and how much is just label decoration.
Integrity score (0–100) — how close a drink's disclosed ingredients get to the dose that's clinically shown to work. Higher means more of the label is actually dosed to matter.
- Each card lists a drink's functional ingredients (the actives it's sold on, not flavourings or juice). Per ingredient: ✓ green hit the clinical dose · ↓ red under-dosed — tap a % to read the study.
- The small grey line under each ingredient is what it's clinically studied to support — an evidence finding, not a brand claim.
- A greyed-out ingredient isn't scored: either the brand withholds the dose (hidden in a blend, or no mg on the label), or we haven't verified it yet.
